Mighty Tieton Studios and Warehouse

Next to the Lofts is a 40,000 square foot warehouse. It includes a 12,000 square foot space once used for a fruit packing line, and five large, heavily insulated rooms designed for controlled atmosphere fruit storage. Ceilings are 24 feet tall. There are also two large rooms with 26-foot ceilings, which will be used for staging and hosting cultural events.

The remodeled Warehouse office has wi-fi service, two restrooms and a shower, and a kitchen to support catering services for large events.

The recently installed print shop houses letterpress equipment for Marquand Books. This year, a large printmaking studio will be added. This facility will be used by artists and master printers to create fine arts prints and limited edition books.
