This conversion of a 28,000 square foot canned fruit warehouse into fourteen dramatic live/work condominiums is now complete. Each unit is 1440 square feet, consisting of two floors (720 square feet per floor), with heavy timber ceilings — 14 feet high on the upper floor and 10 feet high on the lower floor.

The award-winning Seattle architecture firm of Arellano/Christofides designed the project.

They retained and emphasized the raw character of the building’s original use and materials. Buyers were able to design and finish the units to suit their purposes. The project includes a garden on the north side of the building for residents and special events. A long community gallery opens to a large deck over the ample garden.

Two units are currently available on the south side of the building for $250,000 each.
